Our teaching philosophy

Teach Arcade was created to make learning feel active and memorable. We believe students learn best when they can practice a skill in multiple ways: guided instruction, collaborative discussion, independent problem solving, and immediate feedback. Our tools are intentionally lightweight so they work on shared devices, load quickly, and keep the focus on learning objectives instead of flashy distractions.

The site prioritizes teacher time. Every game or tool is designed to be used in a real classroom with minimal setup, clear directions, and flexible pacing. You can launch a resource in minutes, differentiate with partners or stations, and wrap up with reflection prompts or exit tickets that connect back to standards.

How we curate content

Teach Arcade combines original activities with vetted, teacher-created resources. We review submissions for classroom-appropriate language, accuracy, and ease of use. When we link to external materials, we choose sources that are reliable, age-appropriate, and useful for lesson planning. If a resource no longer fits our quality guidelines, we update or remove it.

We also gather feedback from educators to improve navigation and add missing topics. This keeps the collection aligned with real classroom needs, not just search trends. Teachers can recommend topics through the contact form, and we use those requests to guide upcoming additions.

Advertising & sustainability

Teach Arcade is free to use. We keep costs down with efficient code and lightweight design, and we may display non-intrusive ads to cover hosting and development. We do not use popups or interstitial ads that disrupt learning, and we avoid collecting sensitive student data.

If you notice an ad placement that interferes with instruction, please let us know so we can adjust the experience for classroom use.
